Auf dem
Gelände des neuen Flughafens „Willy Brandt“
Berlin-Brandenburg-International (BBI) fand im vergangenen September die
11. ILA Air Show in Schönefeld nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg statt. Das
neue Messegelände liegt im Westen des Flughafens und nur wenige
Kilometer vom alten Standort entfernt.
Gegenüber dem alten Messegelände sind hier die Fotografier-Möglichkeiten
um einiges schlechter. Die Flugvorführungen finden grösstenteils im
Gegenlicht statt und die gegenüberliegende Seite des Geländes war
Sperrgebiet. Auch in der Ausstellung standen die Flugzeuge viel zu eng
beieinander und waren im
Wesentlichen
mit Absperrzäunen umgeben. Die grossen Flugzeuge waren noch weit
schwieriger zu fotografieren wie zum Beispiel die A380 von Emirates oder
die neue B747-8 von Lufthansa.
Die besten Bilder ergaben sich, wenn man einige Tage vor der offiziellen
Eröffnung die Gelegenheit hatte auf dem Ausstellungsgelände zu sein.

Fazit
Alles in allem
war die Ausbeute besser als erwartet, aber wahrscheinlich nur, weil die
Eröffnung des neuen Flughafens auf sich warten lässt. Der neue Taxiway
wird dann wohl nicht mehr zur Verfügung stehen. Die kommende
ILA 2014 findet dann vom 20.-25. Mai 2014 statt.
Mit gemischten Gefühlen werde ich wohl die 12. ILA im Jahre 2014
besuchen.
