The Cessna 170 is an American light, single-engined, general aviation aircraft produced by the Cessna Aircraft Company between 1948 and 1956. The 170 were constructed of metal with fabric-covered wings supported by a "V" strut.

Die Maschine wird als Verbindungsflugzeug No. 7 (BS.7 บส.๗) bezeichnet.
1954 erwarb die RTAF neuen Cessna 170B die einige Jahre als Verbindungsmaschinen betrieben wurden. Die Maschinen wurden von der 63 Staffel in RTAF Don Muang betrieben.
