Operational history

Einsatzgeschichte

 

Three XOP-1 tandem two-seat autogyros were ordered on 22. January 1931 with serials A8850 and A8976 - A8977. One of these was experimentally fitted with floats. On 12. March 1935 the wings of XOP-1 A8850 were removed and the aircraft was redesignated as XOP-2.
