Entwicklung
The design of the Prince continued from the P.48 Merganser. Further development of the type led to the Survey Prince survey aircraft and the Sea Prince. An improved version of the Prince 3 with an increased wingspan and engine and undercarriage modifications was developed for the Royal Air Force as the Percival Pembroke.
Das Design des Prince wurde von der P.48 Merganser abgeleitet. Eine Weiterentwicklung des Typs führte zum Vermessungsflugzeug Survey Prince und zum Sea Prince. Eine verbesserte Version des Prince 3 mit vergrösserter Spannweite sowie Motor- und Fahrwerkmodifikationen wurde für die Royal Air Force als Percival Pembroke entwickelt.
