Sikorsky S.70I
Entwicklung
The UH-60 features four-blade main and tail rotors, and is powered by two General Electric T700 turboshaft engines. The main rotor is fully articulated and has elastomeric bearings in the rotor head. The tail rotor is canted and features a rigid crossbeam. The helicopter has a long, low profile shape to meet the Army's requirement for transporting aboard a C-130 Hercules, with some disassembly. It can carry 11 troops with equipment, lift 1,200 kg of cargo internally or 4,100 kg of cargo externally by sling.
Der UH-60 verfügt über Vierblatt-Haupt- und Heckrotoren und wird von zwei General Electric T700 Turbowellentriebwerken angetrieben. Der Hauptrotor ist voll beweglich und hat elastische Lager im Rotorkopf. Der Heckrotor ist gekippt und hat einen starren Querträger. Der Hubschrauber hat eine lange, niedrige Profilform, um die Anforderung der Armee zu erfüllen, an Bord einer C-130 Hercules mit etwas Demontage zu transportieren. Er kann 11 Soldaten mit Ausrüstung tragen, 1.200 kg Ladung im Rumpf oder 4.100 kg Ladung extern an einer Schlinge heben.

The Helicopter is designated Helicopter No. 12 (H.12 ฮ.๑๒).
Die Maschine wird als Hubschrauber No. 12 (H.12 ฮ.๑๒) bezeichnet.
Fünf Sikorsky
S.70i wurden von der RTAF bestellt. Zwei Maschinen werden mit VIP-Ausrüstung
ge-liefert werden und werden auch ein anderes Farb-schema haben.
Die Maschinen werden von der 201 Staffel betrieben.
