The AgustaWestland AW189 is a twin-engined, medium-lift helicopter manufactured by Leonardo S.p.A. (formerly AgustaWestland, merged into Leonardo-Finmeccanica since 2016). It is derived from the AW149, and shares similarities with the AW139 and AW169. The AW189 is a medium-sized twin-engined helicopter with a five-bladed fully articulated main rotor, a four-bladed tail rotor and a retractable tricycle landing gear. It is powered by two General Electric CT7-2E1 turboshaft engines. Dependent on the configuration, the AW189's cabin can accommodate up to 19 passengers and two crew members.
Die AgustaWestland AW189 ist ein zweimotoriger, mittelschwerer Hubschrauber, hergestellt von Leon-ardo S.p.A. (ehemals AgustaWestland, seit 2016 fusioniert zu Leonardo-Finmeccanica). Es ist vom AW149 abgeleitet und weist Ähnlichkeiten mit dem AW139 und AW169 auf. Der AW189 ist ein mittelgroßer zweimotoriger Hubschrauber mit einem fünfblättrigen, voll gelenkigen Hauptrotor, einem vierblättrigen Heckrotor und einem einzieh-baren Dreiradfahrwerk. Es wird von zwei General Electric CT7-2E1-Turbowellenmotoren angetrieben. Je nach Konfiguration bietet die Kabine der AW189 Platz für bis zu 19 Passagiere und zwei Besatzungsmitglieder.
